#99 Shikaku Sudoku

This puzzle was made for Qodec as part of the CTC fan discord's Secret Santa 2021! Like last year I was again pushed a bit out of my comfort zone, but I'm very pleased with the outcome and that my giftee was not completely avert to non-Sudoku types allowing me to do this hybrid. Also very pleased that he enjoyed it so much! :B Each row, column and 3x3 box must contain the digits 1 through 9. Additionally, divide the grid into rectangular regions of orthogonally connected cells, each containing exactly one circle. A number in a circle represents the sum of the digits in the region, without any repeats
